Board Committee


Audit Committee
The Audit Committee will be chaired by Arun Singh and its other member will be John Bourbon.

The Audit Committee will have primary responsibility for monitoring the integrity of the financial statements of the Company and the effectiveness of the Company’s internal controls and risk management systems.

Investment Committee
The Investment Committee will comprise of Charles Hambro, Dr M Y Khan, Arun Singh and John Bourbon.

The Investment Committee’s role will be to approve on behalf of the Board any investment in excess of £1 million and exit proposals put forward from time to time by the Manager.
